The virtual experience world of Stump’s Alpenrose makes the long-established mountain hotel in Wildhaus digitally accessible, translating its distinctive location into an online presence that can be explored spatially. Stump’s Alpenrose sits high above the valley floor, close to Lake Schwendisee and at the foot of the seven Churfirsten peaks. The virtual tour reveals this connection between the hotel, landscape and atmosphere.
INITIAL SITUATION
Context and objective
Stump’s Alpenrose is not only a hotel but also a seminar and event venue in a distinctive alpine setting. The virtual experience world provides digital access, giving guests, prospective event organisers and holidaymakers a realistic impression of the hotel before they visit.
IMPLEMENTATION

Three different Guided Tours lead virtual visitors through the hotel’s themed areas. Rather than a loose collection of panoramas, the result is a clearly structured experience world in which content, spaces and their uses can be explored in context.
Quick access to the right space
The mega menu takes users directly to the different areas and spaces. All room types in their respective standards were also captured and integrated into the tour, allowing specific offerings to be presented and linked directly.
RESULT
Outcome for the client
A particular benefit is the ability to access individual content directly. Spaces, guest rooms and themed areas can be targeted with deep links and incorporated directly into website content, brochures or emails. The virtual experience world is therefore more than a visual presentation: it becomes a practical tool for showcasing the hotel, advising guests and marketing its offerings.
