INITIAL SITUATION
Initial situation and objective
Suurstoffi S43 is a new business building in Rotkreuz with around 10,000 m² of office, commercial and training space. As the project is still under construction, interested parties should be able to understand the building, its individual floors and possible working environments before completion.
The objective was to make the planned building experienceable as early and realistically as possible. Potential tenants and other interested parties should be able to explore spaces, floor plans and furnishing options digitally and form a concrete impression of the future working environment before moving in.
IMPLEMENTATION
Aumivi services and implementation
For Zug Estates AG, Aumivi developed a photorealistic 3D project visualisation as an interactive virtual experience world for Suurstoffi S43. Based on architectural plans and CAD data, a detailed digital model of the planned business building was created and integrated into the real surroundings of the Suurstoffi site.
The experience world includes 62 high-resolution, photorealistic renderings and panoramas. Users can explore the building from the air and on individual floors, moving through key areas in space. The planned architecture is therefore understood not only through individual images, but as a connected digital experience.
The interiors were furnished individually. Existing office furniture belonging to the client was precisely recreated in 3D from supplied photographs and integrated into the visualisation. This creates a realistic impression of materials, furnishings and possible uses of the spaces.
Interactive 3D floor plans on every floor make orientation easier. Hotspots allow users to move between areas, levels and views. A webcam module displayed as a popup also shows current construction progress and connects the planned architecture with its ongoing realisation on site.
The virtual experience world is responsive, available in German and English, and integrated directly into the official Suurstoffi website. It can therefore be used where interested parties are already looking for information about the project and available space.
RESULT
Results for the client
Zug Estates received a digital marketing and information tool that makes Suurstoffi S43 experienceable in space during the construction phase. Interested parties can independently explore the architecture, floors, interiors and possible workplace situations before completion.
The combination of photorealistic 3D project visualisation, individual furnishing, interactive floor plans and current construction progress creates a direct connection between planning and reality. As an integrated part of the project website, the experience world complements communication for a new building whose spaces are expected to be available from mid-2027.
